Our Addiction Intervention Program is designed to address the complex and challenging nature of addiction. We understand that addiction affects not only the individual but also their loved ones, friends, and colleagues. Our team of experienced and trained professionals is committed to facilitating a safe and structured intervention process that promotes understanding, empathy, and positive change.

Here's what you can expect from our Addiction Intervention Program:

Step 1 - Assessment and Planning: Our team will conduct a thorough assessment of the individual's addiction history, personal circumstances, and support system. We will work closely with the family and loved ones to gather essential information and develop a comprehensive intervention plan tailored to the individual's needs.

Step 2 - Education and Preparation: We firmly believe that knowledge is power. Our team will educate the family and loved ones about addiction, its impact, and the intervention process. We will equip you with the necessary tools and strategies to effectively communicate your concerns, set boundaries, and motivate the individual to seek help.

Step 3 - Treatment Placement: Our team will assist in finding appropriate treatment options that align with their specific needs and preferences. We maintain a network of reputable treatment centers, therapists, and support groups to ensure a seamless transition into the recovery journey.

Step 4 - Intervention: Our trained intervention specialists will guide and facilitate the intervention process. We will create a supportive and non-judgemental environment where family members and loved ones can express their concerns, emotions, and hopes for the individual. Our goal is to encourage the individual to accept treatment and take the first step toward recovery.

Step 5 - Aftercare Support: Recovery is a lifelong process, and we understand the importance of ongoing support. Mental Health Intervention Programs

FORTITUDE Recovery Services specializes in Mental Health Interventions. Our team of licensed professionals will guide your family with education, expertise, compassion and commitment.

Mental illness is highly complex and successful interventions depend on the involvement of trained professionals. In some cases, mental illness is accompanied by symptoms, and substance abuse that can make it difficult to recognize the signs of illness. The person struggling may feel that they know what is best for their health and may object to taking medication or seeing a therapist. By welcoming a clinician to intervene, they will guide the individual through therapy modalities to ensure they understand and accept the help they need. *Mental Health interventions must be done with a licensed mental health professional.

Here are the common types of Mental Health Interventions:

Crisis Intervention - Crisis intervention involves immediate and intensive support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, such as suicidal thoughts, severe anxiety, or psychosis. Crisis intervention aims to stabilize the person's condition, ensure their safety, and help them access appropriate mental health services.

Residential Treatment - This intervention focuses on helping individuals with mental health conditions develop or relearn skills needed for daily living. Residential treatment for mental health refers to a type of therapeutic program where individuals live on-site at a treatment facility for a specific period of time to receive intensive mental health care. Residential treatment is typically recommended for individuals who require a higher level of support and intervention than can be provided through outpatient. Your loved one will receive around-the-clock supervision and support from mental health professionals. Residential treatment programs can address a wide range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and personality disorders.

Psychotherapy - Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy or counseling, involves meeting with a mental health professional to discuss and explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It can help individuals gain insight, develop coping skills, and manage symptoms of mental health conditions.

Medication - In cases where medication is deemed necessary, mental health interventions may include prescribing and managing appropriate psychiatric medications. Medication can help alleviate symptoms of certain mental health disorders, such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder or bipolar disorder, and may be used in conjunction with other therapeutic interventions.

Family Therapy - Family therapy involves working with the family unit to address mental health issues within the context of family dynamics. It can help improve communication, resolve conflicts, and provide support to both the individual with the mental health condition and their family members.

It's important to note that mental health interventions should be tailored to the individual's specific needs and may involve a combination of approaches. If you or someone you know is in need of a mental health intervention, it is recommended to seek help from a qualified mental health professional who can provide a thorough assessment and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
